Our Management Team

Michele Lightening, President

Michele is a Senior Staffing Industry Professional with experience in full life cycle recruiting, managing regional recruiting teams, and developing multimillion dollar accounts. Michele has a Bachelors of Science from Stevenson University (formerly Villa Julie College) and a Master of Science in Business from the Johns Hopkins University. She has over 16 years of experience focused on building recruiting practices to partner and provide Information Technology and Business staffing solutions and over 8 years of experience staffing for BCBS Organizations and other Health Insurance clients.

L. Charles Lightening, Vice President

L. Charles Lightening has a Bachelors of Science from Towson State University and has spent over 14 years in the Information Technology Staffing Industry as a Senior Business Development Manager building numerous large accounts which were serviced with Consulting and Permanent Staffing Solutions.   He spent over 6 years servicing clients in the Government and Health Insurance Industry.

Christine Harrington, Recruiting Manager

Christine Harrington has over 8 years of IT Recruitment and Staffing industry experience. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Oregon and is an accomplished IT Recruitment Manager, at R/O Resource Solutions.  Prior to R/O Resource Solutions, Christine worked with Michele and Chuck for over 5 years providing Recruitment and Staffing support to their national client accounts including BCBS Organizations and other Health Insurance clients.
